Eira-Shay Barker-Hart is a figurative, mixed media artist based in Brisbane, Australia. Raised on a remote island off the west coast of Canada, she is deeply inspired by the wildness of the organic world and the reintegration of humanity with it.

     As a self-taught artist, Eira-Shay has developed her signature style through exploration of different mediums. Organic elements play a key role in her process. When working on wood, she uses the natural form of the grain to plan each composition. Allowing an organic tone to ring through each piece. Her work weaves intimate narratives of the feminine, with a hunger for interconnection of self and nature.
